I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I welcome questions related to mental illnesses/diagnosis and even questions related to medications for mental illness (I am not a doctor and do not prescribe them). I have worked with adults in substance abuse and mental health related issues. I have worked with couples and child adolescent counseling/therapy for various reasons, ie. I love what I do and I work hard to encourage everyone to focus on their Mental Health.

🛑Stop. Take a moment when you feel stimulated emotionally and might react impulsively to something or someone.
This helps to address the feelings beyond anger.
They say anger is rooted in FEAR or HURT.
taking a moment to process the emotions will allow you to gauge where it is coming from.
