𝗪𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐎 𝗪𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐘𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅
Time flies...
The year 2021 is over, and 2022 is in full swing. Another year has come and gone.
It’s the time of the year again for some much-needed reflection and introspection to set the right tone for the new year!
I have been busy coming up with my goals for 2022, and I wanted to share the biggest ones with you.
1️⃣ The first goal I have for 2022 is 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥
Be intentional with my faith
Be intentional with my family
Be intentional with my fitness
Be intentional with my friends
Be intentional with my finances
I am working toward making each thought and relationship matter. My hope is to leave others better than I found them…including myself.
2️⃣ The second goal I have for 2022 is 𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞
Life is a gift and we are blessed. We never know how much time we have so, let’s not waste it.
This is similar to my first goal in that I want to be intentional with my thoughts and energy and different in that I don’t just want to have the intention in my mind, I want to take action– 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳
Of course, bad things can happen however, if I am being intentional in my thoughts & actions, that will mitigate risk.
3️⃣ The third goal I have for 2022 is 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬
Examples of this include:
- Supporting my husband with encouragement, hard work, prayer…
- Supporting my nutrition coaching clients to feel and be successful with their weight management & wellness
- Supporting small businesses to help keep them successful, especially in these challenging times
- Supporting those who have not felt successful in a while– or ever

There’s nothing like sharing goals with a list of virtual friends to make sure to stay accountable and actually work towards completing those goals!
