As a Licensed Massage Therapist in Illinois, I believe every client deserves to feel informed, respected, and safe when receiving bodywork.

Whether you’re brand new to massage or a regular client, you have important rights — and you should never have to wonder whether your therapist is operating legally or ethically.

Here’s what you’re entitled to as a client:

✅ The therapist's license should be clearly displayed in the treatment space

✅ You should be able to ask about their credentials, experience, and education

✅ You should feel comfortable, safe, and fully draped during your session

✅ You have the right to stop or modify a session at any time

✅ All services should be provided in a clean, insured, and professional environment

At Aligned & Alchemy Wellness, my goal is to create a healing space where:

✔️ All services are fully licensed, legal, and ethical

I AM COMING BACK TO WORK!!!!
I am so very excited to announce that I will be joining Sol Inspired and Lunar Waves at 2116 4th St in Peru!!!!

For the month of July, I will have a discount code to use for massage services when booking! The code is: JULY2025

Reminding myself to take is slow while I give my body the space it needs to continue healing, you will see my menu has been adjusted. If you have been a client with me before, I used to offer 30 and 90 minute session, I will no longer be offering those time frames. I will only be offering 60 minutes sessions moving forward.
You will also notice my fees have been adjusted accordingly to support myself as a small business owner. I hold such deep gratitude for each and every person that has sat in my chair, been on my table, called, texted, and has offered support thus far. I hope to add more services as I feel called and better to do so!

I am going to be selling grief related products in the very near future! Local delivery and pick up only.

When things arose in January, I didn’t initially plan to let sacred senses fade. I had intentions on coming back to that business with more focus on the services I was offering. One thing lead to another and I could hear the universe telling me it was time to move on, turn the page, and begin a new chapter. I had concerns, as I expressed with some of my closest people because I have rebranded several times before. Until I had two very wise and beautiful women in my life say to me “it’s not about the name attached to the service you provide, it’s about you being the one providing that service, and that is so special.” That struck me. I’ve rebranded and renamed myself many times over the last 5 years, each time holding a meaning. A shedding of layers as I’ve learned and experienced more. I’ve been able to learn the dos and the donts, what I love and what I don’t, who I want to be and don’t want to be… that shedding has given me the opportunity to get here. And this time I have the opportunity to take those learned mistakes and create something beautiful from the start. Really anchoring in where I want to be and what I want to be doing. Most things I do, I do with much thought, feelings, and emotions behind it. Bella Morte is no different!

Where did Bella Morte come from?!
Bella Morte translates to “beautiful death” in Italian. My moms grandma came here from Italy and I’ve always thought the Italian language is so beautiful 💜

What does a bee have to do with death and grief?!
I chose the bee in my logo (specifically with an eye on it) because in the Celtic tradition, bees are known as the messengers to the spirit world. Whenever something important or major would happen, they would go tell the bees but especially when someone died. They would even lay a black cloth over the bee hives to signify the transition. My grandfathers family was heavily rooted from an Irish heritage.

And although the dandelion is no longer my logo, it was a stepping stone to get where I am today. Dandelions are often the first source bees have to pollinate at the start of spring.
Just like sacred senses was to me, Bella Morte is my spring 💜

If anyone is looking for an office space, this is where I was at! I absolutely LOVED being here. It felt like home and safe. The best part was my neighbors💜 I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be next to and rent from. Especially when I was at my worst, they really stood by me💜

Anyone that goes into this space will be very grateful, I know I was💜💜💜

Hey friends!!

I have put in the request to meta for a name change! Hopefully in the next few days, you will see that happen! If not, I’ll have to start a new page. I would rather not but we shall see!

I am continuing to plug away at all the behind the scenes/admin stuff this week along with starting to see clients!

How exciting! I am thrilled to be working with people again!💜💜

Today, I briefly went to a visitation for a client of mine. This was a man that lived a very beautiful 97 years Earth side and every person that met him, just really adored him. He was not only my oldest client to date but he came with such a genuine soul and smile. He really holds in a special place in my heart and I feel so honored that I was able to be a fraction of part of his journey.

But I want to tell you about something else that happened. As I walked out of the church and down the side walk I saw this little birdie that must of fallen out of its nest. I initially said “awwee that’s sad” and went back to my car… something made me go back. I couldn’t leave him there. His life had purpose so I used a stick and some other material I had in my car to pack him up to bring him home where the kids and I could honor his life, even though it was short.

I believe every life deserves to be recognized. We said some endearing things to encourage his journey on the other side before giving him back to earth while burying him next to the little fairie garden we have because he wasn’t able to gain his wings in this life 💜

As we were finishing up, we looked over to see new life blooming. I also believe that as one life ends, another begins.

We forget the beauty that death holds. It’s something I often talk about. As sad and heartbreaking as it is, so many beautiful moments can come from it too.

I share with you a beautiful bonding moment I was blessed to share with my kids💜
