So tried the Enchilada sauce for the first time with a recipe from a family cookbook. So good better than any store bought sauce.
My family dug into the enchiladas so fast I did not have a chance to get a picture.

So I know there are a lot of us who are looking for that restaurant quality food to be enjoyed at home. Especially these days. Well last night that was the case for my husband and I and we are going to do it again tonight.
It paired nicely with a glass of wine.
