Did you know??
most of our medical standards from blood pressure to lab results are based on studies done almost entirely on white populations? So when "African Americans" go to the doctor, were often being measured against a "normal" that wasnt built with us in mind.

Things like Kidney function, Lung capacity BMI, blood pressure ranges and how we respond to medications smh
I even asked my doctor and she said yes, it's true. I mean I knew, but l like to see who gone tell the truth
she did
I've been searching for medical standards made for us. Ain't found none yet smh this can be ⚠️

Food for thought : 🌸

I eat two meals a day.
One around 1 p.m.
One around 6 p.m
this equals Less bloating, better absorption and more ease.

At night while you sleep, your body isnt just resting it's cleansing.
✅your brain flushes toxins,
✅Your liver filters your blood,
✅your lungs release waste
✅and your kidneys reset.

it can't do that fully if it's still busy digesting a late meal.
