Responsibilities
•
The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing routine daily care to assigned residents including but not limited to personal hygiene care, meals and nutrition, safe transfers and assisting with maintaining a clean and healthy environment
•
Measure and record patients' temperatures and blood pressures
•
Observe and record patients' reactions to medications and treatment
•
Practice safety and infection control policies
•
Maintain scheduling flexibility to meet unit patient care needs
•
Participate in the organization and prioritization of patient and unit activities

Assure quality service for all individuals who need support.
Effectively practice person centered planning.
Assist people to meet personal and physical needs. This includes but is not
Limited to; personal care, changing, dressing, feeding, bathing, medication administration, personal goals, vital signs as needed.

Assist people to maintain a personalized and safe living environment.
Skills and Qualifications

Communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Make decisions and complete tasks with little or no supervision.
Respond to changing situations in a flexible manner.
Maintain confidentiality.
Read, write and speak the English language.
Desired Experience/Requirements

Valid and current Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Mus be able to pass a DHS background study.
