Nutraine fit and the triple-method for busy moms was created last year when I had my first baby.

👀This program is for new moms who have a significant physical, hormonal, and mental change when they become moms. Postpartum depression affects several women after childbirth and is normal, but help is often not asked for fear or shame. Depression increases every day in new moms and busy moms, with two, three, or more children and often a job of up to 40 hours per week. For this and many more reasons, we forget about ourselves and focus on our children, husband, work and forget about ourselves. I started the triple method for busy moms to end that depression and exhaustion of being a new mom. The best therapy to combat depression and stress is EXERCISE. The natural chemicals that the body produces when exercising are not compared with any other medicine today. (you do not need antidepressants)
As a result of these issues, I decided to create the triple method for moms, which consists of the following three pillars. MOVEMENT; to train the body, we do it with training and physical activity. My job is to maximize the time and efficiency of exercises at home or in the gym, with just 20-30 minutes. It's all you need to improve your physical and mental health and thus be able to achieve your fitness goals.
60-minute workouts are also available if you wish. I offer pre-recorded exercise routines for home. Also, my 1-on-1 online training, with online classes from 1 to 3 times a week, of personalized exercises specifically to reach your goal. I provide you with all the necessary tools and resources to help you maintain the results for a long time in a sustainable way. Self-care: It is the fundamental basis of a busy mom because there is a tendency to take care of others first, before ourselves, and that's wrong. The time to take care of yourself should be a priority, which is why the program includes the implementation of new habits such as sleep, reading, meditation, gratitude, stretching, nutrition, among others. Well-being: everything is in harmony in the human body. If our body and mind are well, we react positively to stressful situations. I provide daily inspiration through motivational messages. And educational articles in nutrition and exercise to help you improve each day to maintain focus from the beginning to the end. Accountability and constant support through text messages or calls via zoom when you need me the most. I will guide you all the way. I will also connect you with our private group explicitly dedicated to this program and monitored by me.
