Some of our highlights from the Christmas break 🎄🎅🏼
The holidays are always so fun. Some traditions have been around since I can remember, others are newer that we have made ourselves as a little family.
We traveled to Lufkin this year for the holidays and it was so nice being around family.
We officially adopted our first elf, Viking, and the boys LOVE having him around! Each morning of December was a hunt for him. We can’t wait to have him join us during the holidays for years to come.
We make migas every Christmas morning after opening presents from Santa! It’s definitely a picture-worthy dish. 😋
Thank you for the memories 2022 and everyone that got to be a part of it. 🙏🏼 Rough times make people stronger! Thankful for my family. Love watching these boys grow. They make any bad day I may be having 1,000x better. No matter the situation, I know my reason. God has blessed me so much.
Goals for 2023:
✍🏼 be more intentional with my time (less screen time, more present in the moment)
✍🏼 prioritizing myself and make time for me even if it’s 5 minutes before everyone else wakes up (I tend to be in go go go mode 24-7)
✍🏼 movement daily (walks, yoga, strength training, etc) 30 minutes
✍🏼 eliminate toxicity; if it isn’t bettering you, leave it.
What are your goals for the new year? 🎉 Wishing everyone a year full of health.
