It’s time for my comeback!!
Consistency> Motivation. Every. Single. Time. 💪🏼
As a **BODi affiliate**, one of the biggest things I’ve learned (and continue to work on myself) is this: you have to make *yourself* a priority. Not when it’s convenient. Not when the scale says what you want. Not when life slows down.

The scale? It is NOT your best friend. It doesn’t measure:
✨ your strength
✨ your confidence
✨ your discipline
✨ your energy
✨ your commitment to showing up
Progress is more than a number. It’s choosing the workout when you don’t feel like it. It’s drinking the water. It’s pressing play. It’s keeping the promise you made to yourself.
Consistency compounds. Small daily efforts turn into big life changes.
