Silence is often louder than words. It’s not that people have run out of words to say, life challenges may have gotten the best of them. Others may choose this posture in order to maintain peace. In either instance, it’s helpful for us to be mindful and considerate of that before we jump to conclusions. On today, I want you to know that I hear you. I see you. You’re valued. You’re loved and you matter.

capacity or another. No matter what we may try to do or say, the outcome will be the outcome. Learn to focus on what you can control so it’ll help you to be at peace with the things you can’t. Grace. Give yourself the gift of grace. Life’s challenges are bittersweet reminders that we are human, perfectly imperfect. We are incapable of perfection no matter how hard we try. Societal expectations have seemingly made a permanent impression on what “success” or “wealth” consist of that most struggle to find gratitude in the progression they’ve made in their own lives.

Just for today, be ok with being you. Your imperfect self. You may not be where you would like, but you are well on your way! You. Got. This!

Change is not easy but remaining the same comes with its own challenge. I’m proud of you for desiring more for yourself and doing something about it.

Don’t focus on how far you have to go, but in how far you’ve come. Some change is better than no change. Some progress is better than none. Each day, work on being better than the day before and you’ll be well on your way living the life that’s destined for you!

We are often clueless as to why we encounter experiences that are uncomfortable, challenging and quite difficult to maneuver until we meet someone along the journey that is traveling through the same. This is our why. Nothing that we’ve ever experienced is wasted.

While we may not understand it going through the process, we have a true appreciation for it later. Hindsight at its finest right?! The experience you have today could very well be the saving grace for someone else tomorrow. It’s bigger than you! Remember that!
