Making A Change Cincy (MAC) mission is to serve as a defining force in the community of Cincinnati as an agent for change. Our focus is to provide a safe, supportive, and structures learning environment maximizing training and education in in-demand fields of Healthcare, socioeconomic growth and personal development, which connects the classroom to post-secondary education and careers. Making A Change Cincy is committed to high expectations which include a high degree of academics, professionalism, accountability, and respect. We create an innovative curriculum to prepare our students for exciting post-secondary, career, or technical field opportunities. We promote an atmosphere of respect for all students and staff, with all stakeholders being held accountable for their performance. We offer a supportive, structure and safe environment that fosters academic excellence, social growth and person development. Its just been a little over 30days but wanted to share this video with you to showcase the great works happening at Woodward Career Technical HS. MAC in partnerships with Eclectik Cocktails sponsored Woodward’s 4th Annual Breakfast with Bosses and it was a huge success! 🥞 🍳 Created to help students explore career pathways, the event connected them with professionals for real conversations about growth and success.

This year, the student-led Career Technical Student Organization hosted 120 attendees, expanding participation and honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💗

FC Cincinnati and Hillman hosted a Trade School Discovery Day at TQL Stadium, an event designed to introduce approximately 50 students to the skilled trades through hands-on sessions in construction, automotive, culinary, and medical fields.

We were honored to facilitate the healthcare experience, providing students with hands-on skill practice while showcasing diverse career pathways within the medical field.

OMG Breakfast with Bosses (BWB) 4th Annual event was simply amazing!!! MAC’s CEO - Candace Jones attended the event. Here’s what she said about the event. “BWB is an event created four years ago to support students who have not yet identified a clear career pathway. The goal is to provide students with opportunities to engage with professionals from diverse industries. During the event, the “Bosses” share real-time advice, personal journeys, and practical insights—offering students an authentic “real talk” experience about career growth and success. It also serves as a valuable networking opportunity for everyone involved. The event is student-led through Woodward HS’s Career Technical Student Organization (CTSO). This year, in its fourth iteration, the aim was to expand participation from 40 to 60 attendees. With the incredible support of teachers, staff, and sponsorships from Eclectik Cocktails and Making A Change Cincy—word spread quickly. The excitement was contagious, and BWB ultimately welcomed 120 attendees! There also was a special tribute to Breast Cancer Awareness via The Pinky Swear Project, which made the experience even more meaningful. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful along with all the balloons decor by Joyful Journeys and the event was a tremendous success overall.”
