While Dr. Kross is skilled in manual therapy, including dry needling, this program is virtual only. If she decides that manual therapy is something you need as part of your recovery process, she will help you get connected with someone locally that can will be an asset to your treatment plan.

All programs are tailored to accountability and specific needs, but will be comprehensive to address all factors of chronic pain, including but not limited to sleep, stress, nutrition, exercise and pain neuroscience education. Basic program costs start at $1200 per month, with a 4-month commitment at minimum. The basic program incorporates 1 hour long coaching calls at least bi-weekly. Access to a medical doctor (DO) is also available once a month for consulting, as needed.

This is your opportunity to meet Dr. Kross to see if working with her is a perfect fit for what you need. The consultation will be a two-way: you will be interviewing her and she will be interviewing you! During the interview, Dr. Kross will ask you questions on the details of your story, including the things that have been helpful and not helpful on your chronic pain journey. If you decide at the end of the session that she has the privilege of working with you to help you regain back your quality of life, without your day being dictated by pain, then you will develop an action and strategy plan with her to help you accomplish all your goals.
