Quick Provider Reminder: Keep Your CAQH Updated

To avoid delays in contracting and credentialing, make sure your CAQH profile stays complete and current.

Here are the essentials:

📌 CAQH must be attested every 90 days
📌 Keep all documents up to date (licenses, malpractice, W9, CV, etc.)
📌 Add ALL practice locations you work in
📌 Make sure your CAQH allows access to plans and your MSO
📌 Double-check your personal and practice information for accuracy
📌 Use the CAQH expiration tracker to update documents before they expire
📌 Make sure your CV is current, dated, and signed

A clean CAQH profile speeds up every part of your credentialing and contracting process.
