I had the privilege of attending my first networking market today to share the gift of Reiki! I was surrounded by a group of driven, talented, and inspiring women presenting their passions in the health and wellness world. I gave a few mini Reiki treatments, practiced yoga, and learned about different healing modalities. Thank you for a beautiful day, , , and ! I'm looking forward to what 2025 has in store 💜✨️

$25 drop-in fee includes materials!

“Mandala" in Sanskrit translates to "Circle." Come explore drawing in this relaxed, playful workshop as we explore the therapeutic benefits of mindfulness yoga and creating circular designs and patterns through expressive arts. Practice gentle yoga, then create simple, intuitive mandalas to help turn your thoughts inward, express yourself in the moment, and create positive thoughts to end your day.
