To our amazing Certified Nursing Assistants:

We see you. We appreciate you. We couldn't do this without you.

You are the heart of this building - the ones who wash, feed, lift, listen, love, laugh, and care. You fix hair and broken spirits. You change briefs and lives. You notice the little things - the winces, the whispers, the changes - because you *know* your residents like you know your family. Because to you, they ARE family. ❤️

You are the eyes that catch what others might miss, the ears that hear what goes unsaid, and the hands that hold so much more than equipment and call lights.

From the first smile in the morning to the goodnight tuck in - your impact runs deep and it matters.

Thank you for the grace, the grit and the giggles and the goodness that you bring to these residents each and every day.

We celebrate YOU this week but we are so grateful for you every single day. ❤️

Team Spirit
Our SSD provided a home-cooked meal of lasagna, garlic bread, Caesar salad and spinach dip. Angela provided her homemade seafood pasta salad! Admissions/Marketing provided sweet gift bags.

We appreciate everyone that came together and helped make this week fun and special for our nurses. ❤️
