The chefs are doing their best back there!

This peek behind the curtain also made me extra impressed by how chefs get everyone’s dishes out at the same time and everything is hot. Incredible.

Energetic practice to invite frequencies into your body

This practice is about calling in what you want to feel, but it’s also a test to see how comfortable you are with those emotions/states of being.

Steps
1. Start by laying down on your back with your body open.
2. State the name of the frequency in your head or aloud.
3. As you inhale, picture that energy coming into your body, feet to head.
4. As you exhale, send the energy downward, head to feet, but keep it inside of you.

You are calling in what you want to live inside of you.

You are also testing to see if your vessel is a safe place for that energy to reside.

Notice what vibrations feels less comfortable for you to hold.

Forgiveness and trust are harder for me.

If something in harder for you to breathe in fully, you can call it in a few times, and see if you’re inhale can take it any further up your body, before it gets “stuck”.

Energetic practice to dial into your intuition & check in on your chakras

You can do this seated or laying down

1. Imagine that your hands are healing hands and move them in a circle over your crown chakra
2. Stay for the amount of time that you intuitively feel that chakra needs to be restored that day
3. Move down each chakra from crown to root

This practice allows your to practice your intuitive abilities because you’ll know when to move on to the next energetic center

This is similar to hugging someone and knowing when to stop the hug - you feel for it

This practice also shows you which of your chakras are aligned and which ones need attention

You can then direct some of your energy toward those needy chakras during your day
