Energetic practice to invite frequencies into your body
This practice is about calling in what you want to feel, but it’s also a test to see how comfortable you are with those emotions/states of being.
Steps
1. Start by laying down on your back with your body open.
2. State the name of the frequency in your head or aloud.
3. As you inhale, picture that energy coming into your body, feet to head.
4. As you exhale, send the energy downward, head to feet, but keep it inside of you.
You are calling in what you want to live inside of you.
You are also testing to see if your vessel is a safe place for that energy to reside.
Notice what vibrations feels less comfortable for you to hold.
Forgiveness and trust are harder for me.
If something in harder for you to breathe in fully, you can call it in a few times, and see if you’re inhale can take it any further up your body, before it gets “stuck”.
