We are HIRING!
Job Title: Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) – Dynamic Instruction LLC

Job Description: Dynamic Instruction LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated female candidate with a strong Christian foundation to join our team as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). This position involves working primarily in local Christian schools in the Estero/S. Fort Myers area, providing behavioral support and implementing individualized treatment plans for students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data on client progress and collaborate with the team to adjust interventions.
• Foster a positive, Christ-centered environment while supporting students’ behavioral and academic growth.

Qualifications:
• Strong Christian faith and alignment with Christian values.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• If not a RBT, must be willing to complete RBT training and certification (provided free by Dynamic Instruction LLC).
• Compassionate, patient, and eager to work with children in a school setting.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to Christian schools.

Compensation & Hours:
• Starting pay: $20/hour (part-time during training).
• Upon RBT certification: $25/hour with potential for full-time hours.
