Jenny’s Wellness Journey
Life is busy. I put my health on the back burner for years. Until I didn’t. Shortly after my youngest was born, I was 20 pounds overweight, inconsistent with exercise, queen of takeout, and overused caffeine to get through the day.
I made the decision to make the shift. I invested in a personal trainer and started working on my diet. I became more confident in the kitchen, in the gym and on my yoga mat. After a decade of success as a consultant, I decided to shift my life and my work to helping others with their diet and health goals - something I am incredibly passionate about. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2018, I’m pursuing a certificate in Hormone Health from IIN, I am an RYS200 yoga instructor and a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA.
