To empower others in achieving personal wellness using a caring presence and holistic approaches addressing the body, mind, soul, and environment. We can best achieve that purpose when we work to have health in all areas of their life: body-mind-emotions-spirit-environment. Vision:

To aid individuals, groups, and communities in realizing and reaching their greatest potential by improving their health and wellness. People who are well can use their God-given abilities to make this world a better place.
