Some important information on oral corticosteroids overexposure and what that can mean for your health.

While oral corticosteroids (OCS) are important and affordable medicines to treat asthma flares, they can also have serious short- and long-term health risks. Because of this, they should only be used for daily control of asthma as a last resort.
