Residential Care: Our homes provide a comfortable and supportive living environment where individuals have access to 24/7 care and supervision. We offer personalized support to assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management and monitoring, meal planning, and household tasks. Professional Nursing Services: Our team of licensed professionals help with medication management and monitoring. We have RN’s, LPN’s, and Direct Support Professionals available 24/7 to help manage and improve the lives of our individuals’ nursing needs. Individualized Care Plans: We recognize that every individual has unique needs and goals. We develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the individuals and their families, focusing on their specific strengths, abilities, and aspirations. Life Skills Development: We provide comprehensive life skills training and support to enhance independence and self-sufficiency. Our individuals receive guidance in areas such as personal care, cooking, budgeting, time management, and social skills development. Recreational and Social Activities: We believe in the importance of social integration and community engagement. We offer choice a range of recreational activities, outings, and opportunities for individuals to connect with others, develop friendships, and participate in community events. Therapeutic Services: We collaborate with qualified professionals of your choice to offer a range of therapeutic services tailored to the individual needs. Respite Care: Our homes offer temporary relief to primary caregivers or family members who care for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
