Recipe for blueberry bread️ .

Soft and easy homemade blueberry bread for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp oil OR almond butter
1 1/2 cups blueberries
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F, and grease a loaf pan.
In a large measuring bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate measuring bowl, whisk together the milk, white vinegar, vanilla extract, and oil or almond butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just evenly combined.
Add the blueberries and gently stir them in until evenly mixed. Do not over-stir.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes on the middle rack of the oven.
Do not open the oven door, but turn off the oven and let the bread sit inside the oven for another 30 minutes.
