According to research, 81% of people do not achieve their New Year's resolutions on January 1st. 25% of people fall off the wagon within two weeks. By mid-winter, 80% of New Year's resolutions are forgotten, and 23% of people quit within the first week of the year. 43% of people quit their resolutions by the end of January.
A survey found that 45% of people who join a gym make it past January, but only 19% make it all the way through February. 90% of people quit after three months of going to the gym.
I know these last percentages for a fact. I used to run and manage a gym. I know how this goes. I have also worked with countless individuals that have got caught in the same trap of not falling through on their so-called new goals.
Don't be a quitter! Get support today to keep going.

Don’t Quit Now – Let’s Rewrite the Story of Your Resolutions

Today is Quitter’s Day – the infamous moment when many people decide to throw in the towel on their New Year’s resolutions. But what if we flipped the script?

This isn’t the day you give up. It’s the day you pivot, simplify, and make it work.

If your resolutions feel overwhelming, ask yourself:

What can I do today that feels attainable, simple, and easy?

How can I adjust my goals so they feel supportive instead of daunting?

Remember, your journey isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. The key to lasting change isn’t doing everything at once – it’s taking small, meaningful steps.

Here’s the truth: It’s okay to change the plan. What matters is that you keep going.

If you’re ready to find a way to move forward that truly works for you, take a moment to reevaluate. Break it down. Get curious about what would feel good to you.

If you need support with this, let’s chat! Whether it’s simplifying a goal, redefining success, or building a plan that fits your life, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Keep going. You’ve got this!

High achievers, Entrepreneurs, Business coaches, spiritual coaches even struggle with body image issues.
Did you read that? YES, we all do one time for another.
The pressure to excel in various aspects of life, combined with societal expectations and standards, can contribute to feelings of inadequacy or dissatisfaction with one's body.
Here are some reasons why high achievers specifically, may experience difficulties with body image:
1. Perfectionism: High achievers often set extremely high standards for themselves in various areas of life, including their appearance. The desire for perfection can lead to dissatisfaction with their bodies, as they may feel that they fall short of an idealized image.
2. External Expectations: People who excel in their careers or other pursuits may feel pressure to maintain a certain image or level of success. This external pressure can contribute to body image concerns, as individuals may believe that their appearance is tied to their worth or success.
3. Time Constraints: High achievers may lead busy lives, juggling multiple responsibilities and commitments. This can lead to neglect of self-care, including maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Lack of time for exercise or proper nutrition can impact both physical and mental well-being.
4. Comparison with Peers: High achievers often surround themselves with other successful individuals. This can create a competitive environment and lead to constant comparison with peers, including in terms of physical appearance.
5. Stress and Coping Mechanisms: The stress associated with high-achieving lifestyles may lead some individuals to cope with unhealthy behaviors, such as overeating or restrictive eating. These coping mechanisms can, in turn, affect body image.
6. Body Dysmorphic Tendencies: In some cases, high achievers may be prone to body dysmorphic tendencies, where they perceive flaws in their appearance that others may not notice. This distorted self-perception can contribute to body image dissatisfaction.
If you or someone you know is struggling with body image issues, it's essential to seek support. The struggle is real and you are not alone. I personally struggled with each of these.

I have expertise in this areas and I would love to invite you to get on a call with me today.

We can’t make loving ourselves & our bodies something we will do when we lose the weight or get to our goal. We have to do it now. We have to learn to love ourselves now or nothing will ever change permanently.

We are in a constant state of change, whether personal or around us.

In order to evolve, grow, maintain these energetic spiritual bodies we inhabit, this is a must.

Sometimes we go our whole lives, living a lie, hiding who we are, truly deep inside who we are.

Trying to fit into this mold that others want us to be in, for their own comfortability and ours sometimes.

Some get persecuted, ridiculed, made fun of, tormented not just by others but by themselves whether they are hiding or showing their truth.

Its ignorance.

Others don't like what is different or out of the "norm" of how one should be.

They don't understand because they only know how they were raised, told or shown by society.

We are all products of our environment.

Some follow the rules some don't.

That's what makes us all unique.

We are all different in our own ways.

We are all beautiful in our own uniqueness.

I stopped looking behind the past a very long time ago. I learned to stay in the present, look ahead and be true to myself.

I did not change. I found myself.

Have you found you???

Don't hide even for a moment who you are or your true beauty.

You are who you are.

Be proud, stand in your truth, represent yourself.

Be true, be you!!

You cannot hate yourself into a version of yourself you can love.
