Neroli is an absolutely intoxicating floral absolute that is harvested from the flowers of the bitter orange tree •

Neroli is symbolic of long-term relationships and devotion.

This flower is phenomenal for encouraging tranquility of spirit, encourages relaxation in mood and hydrate the skin… So obviously, we are OBSESSED.

We debuted the first mindfulness meditation at last night 🌟

This new offering is one of two meditation classes now being shared at the studio in beautiful, The Dalles !

Catch Moonbeam 🌙✨ at Empower Yoga every Tuesday at 4 PM for a 45 minute class (20 minute practice) or join us Thursday at 6:45 PM for a 30 minute class (20 minute practice) >>>

Both classes include mindfulness education/practice, opportunity to meet new friends, interested in holistic topics, sound, scent and a 20 minute guided meditation.

These classes are suitable for all levels of experience and curiosity.

Meditation, IRL, baby!

I’m so excited to announce that beginning in November, I will have live - in person, meditation classes at the Gorgeous in Beautiful, The Dalles 🌟🌟🌟

I will be linking the information in my bio for registration once it’s available, baby!

I’ll be offering TWO weekly opportunities to meditate with me, one will be Tuesdays at 4 PM and will include… Drumroll please… CACAO ! The other will be held Thursdays at 6:45 PM as a renegade relaxation moment for you to enjoy after your evening class 🤎

I cannot wait to share meditation with you ! For those of you not local…
