As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Usui Reiki Teacher, my calling is to share with humanity how I released old traumas, dogmas & baggage that were holding me back from my authentic self, and how I took my power back & realized self-love. My practice focuses on assisting clients be the medicine that helps them heal themselves by discovering their own bio-individuality and learning about Primary & Secondary Foods (Primary is what nourishes us off the plate & Secondary is the foods we eat every day). Learn to establish & create your own goals to reach a balanced & healthy mind, body & spirit while going deep within and embracing what is readily available to you from Mother Earth along with advanced technologies.
