1️⃣ What is the goal of today’s workout?
2️⃣ How does it build on last week?
3️⃣ How does it move you closer to your long-term outcome?

If a workout can’t answer those questions, it doesn’t belong in our system.

A hard 45-minute session burns ~300-400 calories.

One extra snack, one 'healthy' smoothie, one handful of nuts you didn't account for = 300-400 calories.

You can't out-train your fork. Period.
