The Healing Gym, Hypnotherapy and Anxiety Coaching Anxiety Coach and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I specialize in holistic management of anxiety. HI, I am Lata Ramesh.

I am an ANXIETY COACH, a LIFE COACH and an HYPNOSIS PRACTITIONER. I support people in overcoming fears and anxiety, managing their stress, changing habits, cultivating positive attitudes, improving focus & concentration, improving Sleep, self-confidence & self-esteem. One important aspect of my sessions is SUBCONSCIOUS REPROGRAMMING work. I use tools like hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), GEMT (Guided empathy meridian tapping), meditation and a few others as part of this. Subconscious reprogramming is very powerful where I teach my clients to reprogram old and unwanted patterns in their subconscious mind. This is very useful if you want to change habits, some examples are: Eating unhealthy food, smoking, nail biting. Subconscious reprogramming work is also vital in managing anxieties, going through emotional situations and overcoming past traumas. Another tool I use in my sessions is the 'Heal Your Life Philosophy', based on Louise Hay's teachings. With this philosophy, I help my client get in touch with their own heart, their feelings and use the power of their heart to make the changes they want. This tool is very important and vital in relationship management, whether it is a relationship with yourself, your partner/spouse, your child or others in your life. Through my coaching sessions, I also support my clients in making practical changes in lifestyle, routine, habits and thought patterns so that they can lead a happier life with an expanded sense of wellbeing. 6.5 years ago, I stepped into a new chapter—as an anxiety coach and hypnotherapist.

And what a journey it’s been.

What started as a passion to help others has transformed me in ways I never imagined.

This post is a pause—to reflect, to honor, to thank the woman I’ve become. 💜

Over the years, I’ve become more attuned to my triggers, stress responses, and the hidden beliefs that shaped my story.

Some were from childhood.
Some maybe even deeper.

But awareness changed everything.

A few weeks back, I had the privilege of having my first Basic Grid session with my sister, Nirmala Sekhar, , who is an Eden Energy Medicine Clinical practitioner.

I’m still processing the profound shift I feel in my body! For those who aren’t familiar, the Basic Grid is the deepest and most foundational energy system in Eden Energy Medicine.

It sits beneath the chakras and aura, providing the energetic skeleton that supports all other energy systems in the body.

My sister explained that the Grid can become damaged through trauma or shock, creating a disconnect in these essential pathways. When this happens, the body tries to compensate, but the foundation remains unstable.

Connecting the grid pathways acts as a “jumper cable” to allow the energy to flow again.

I found the session extremely relaxing and I am beginning to notice positive changes in my energy levels. Also, I am sensing that some deep rooted patterns in me seem to have shifted.

Looking forward to seeing how this integration continues to unfold over the next few days and months!

The Healing Journey

My journey as a healer started with learning to heal myself.

Years back when I had undergone a back surgery, I found myself incapacitated and losing control of my life. It was then that I discovered the enormous potential of the human mind in healing oneself through positive suggestions and powerful imagery. I could bounce back to a life of wellness and vitality through a holistic lifestyle and learning focussed methods of positive living.

Many many years later I went through a formal process of learning this modality at the ‘Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy’ in California and I got certifications in Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy. I am extremely happy to be utilizing these skills as well as my life learnings to help people solve their problems and achieve their goals.

Some people have no knowledge of hypnotherapy and are fearful of it. Let me assure you that this is an extremely safe healing technique and the client is always in control of the situation. In a typical hypnosis session, the therapist helps you to initially relax your body, and slowly also to relax your conscious mind. This helps YOU gain access to your sub conscious state of mind and empowers you to heal and restore your sense of wellbeing.
