Coach confessions: I hate meal prepping, I don’t like left overs and rarely enjoy reheated food. Does that mean it’s not a great tool…. Absolutely not! That just means it’s not the best tool for me. My solution… I prep a few things that I enjoy and I know I will eat and can make a variety of meals with so I’m not eating the same thing every day. And I LOVE and crave fruit!! So I buy fruit already portioned so I can just grab one and go. Easy, delicious, healthy and my body thrives on it. It sets me up for success! If you’re choking down foods you hate… please stop! There’s a better way! Listen to your body! It will tell you what it needs … do you have a lot of food cravings?? That’s a message your body is telling you! Slow down, listen, and find a solution that works best for you! We are all unique and special and what our body needs to thrive is also unique and special! Take care of yourself this week and enjoy the journey!! 💖💖
