I am the version of me I used to dream about becoming.

The mom who isn’t just surviving motherhood—but truly present in it.

But it wasn’t always this way.

I remember looking in the mirror and barely recognizing myself. The weight I had gained during pregnancy felt impossible to lose. I was overwhelmed with questions that kept running through my mind:

✨ Who am I now?
✨ Will I ever feel like myself again?
✨ How did I get here—and am I destined to stay like this forever?

For so long, I thought the only answer was “just try harder.”

I thought I had to sacrifice more, give more, and somehow muster more discipline when I already felt like I had nothing left to give.

But here’s what I’ve learned after losing 70 pounds and keeping it off for over four years:

🚩 If your meals are chaos, your life feels chaotic.
🚩 If your plans are overwhelming, you’ll never stick to them long-term.
🚩 And if you’re waiting for the perfect time to take care of yourself, it will never come.

After a horrible pregnancy where I started to hate myself I have turned things around and am feeling better than ever.
