🎆 4th of July Berry Yogurt Parfait 🎆

A festive, refreshing treat gluten-free, protein-packed, and easy to prep!

✨ Ingredients:

1 cup dairy-free yogurt (coconut, almond, or oat-based) or plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup gluten-free granola
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 tsp maple syrup or a few drops of stevia (optional for sweetness)

A sprinkle of ground cinnamon or chia seeds (optional)

🍓 Directions:

In a small glass or jar, add a spoonful of yogurt to create the first layer.
Add a layer of gluten-free granola for crunch.
Sprinkle a few blueberries over the granola.
Repeat with more yogurt, granola, and a final layer of sliced strawberries on top.
Drizzle with maple syrup or stevia if you’d like a touch of extra sweetness.
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or chia seeds for a superfood boost.
💡 Coach’s Tip:

Make a parfait bar for your guests! Lay out yogurt, granola, and berries for a fun, DIY patriotic snack station at your July 4th celebration!

Who says you need alcohol to enjoy a delicious and fun Friday night drink?

As part of my coaching program, I love helping clients find ways to celebrate wellness including swapping out sugary or heavy cocktails for lighter, gut-friendly options that still feel like a treat.

Meet the Orange Mint Spritz a light, refreshing drink that’s perfect before a healthy summer dinner.

Here’s how to make it:

🧡 Juice of 2 oranges
🌿 5 fresh mint leaves
đź’§ 4 oz sparkling water

Muddle the mint, mix in the fresh orange juice, add ice, and top with sparkling water. Stir gently and enjoy.

It’s delicious!!!
