3 ways to work on your worthiness ⬇️
1️⃣ Show up before you’re ready: take action as if you already are worthy. When your brain sees you moving like you are, it begins to collect evidence… “maybe I am worthy of this?”
2️⃣ Set your guidelines / boundaries in advance: what are your non-negotiables? What are you absolutely not available for? Set rules for yourself and honor them like your life depends on it.
3️⃣ Identify your self sabotage techniques and create systems for overcoming them: when you get something wrong, don’t be hard on yourself, just take the lesson and move forward. Find ways to prevent that mistake from happening again.
And remember, you are inherently worthy. the odds of you being born as you are 1 in 400 trillion. That alone is proof of worthiness.
