I take a one second video every single day.

I try to let my cue to take it be joy, or gratitude, but sometimes it winds up being the most significant part of the day.

When I tried something new, or had a new experience.

I’ve been doing this for years.

And now I can watch my life fly by, in tiny little magical moments that I would’ve otherwise forgotten.
