This week we will have normal business hours Monday-Wednesday 8 am to 4 pm. We will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving and Friday, November 28th.
We will reopen Monday, December 1st.
Please check to see if any refills are needed.

We are thankful for all our patients and hope everyone has a happy and blessed Thanksgiving!

It's the week before Thanksgiving and these past 2 weeks I've had so many reminders of why we are thankful, grateful and blessed to have so many amazing patients. Some comments have really been on my heart. We love to hear positive comments and how we have helped someone.

We had a new patient and their comment was that it was the best provider experience they have had.

Another patient greatful that we could get them in that day because they had a mental break and was thinking about su***de until they came in to see us and finally on the right medication.

Many patients stated how thankful they are we take time to stop and listen.

We have patients bring us lunch/goodies to show thanks. So many other acts and words of kindness!

I thought this was a pefect time to say thank you to all of our patients. We are blessed be a part of your care and we are thankful for you. We couldn't do what we do without you!

Phones/Internet are down here at our office and across Chester/Georgia. I know its very inconvenient for you and us! We apologize! We are trying our best to get in touch with Tru Vista to get this resolved asap!!
If you have any immediate need you can message the Southern Palmetto Primary page and we will try to get any issues resolved since the phones are also out of order.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

1 out of 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. We encourage you to share this as a reminder to get screened to find breast cancer early and take steps to reduce their risk.

Know your family history, manage stress, get enough sleep, do monthly self breast exams, stay active daily and reduce processed foods are a few things you can do to help manage your health.

If you have questions or need help scheduling your mammogram, we at Southern Palmetto Primary Care will be glad to help. Give us a call at 803-482-5904 to schedule your appointment.

Baby Blaire will be here soon!! Brianna will be going in this weekend so the office will be closed on Monday, September 15th to allow me to be with her during this special time.

The people that are scheduled that day will be contacted to reschedule. Please check your medications to see if any refills will be needed before then.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but thank you for the understanding and cooperation during this special time!

The office will be closed today due to power outage. They gave an estimated time of 1 of the power being restored. We will try to contact everyone that had an early appointment to reschedule.

We are sorry for the inconvenience!!! Hope everyone stays cool and safe until the power is restored.

Reminder the office will be closed next week July 21- 25 for summer vacation. Please check your medications to see if you need any refills.

We do not have any openings at the end of the week, but have a few openings Tuesday and Wednesday if anyone needs an appointment for refills or concerns. Call 803-482-5904
