When it comes to losing fat, I know you’re frustrated, you feel stuck, you feel like you’ve tried it all. I hear it EVERY DAY in the DMs. You eat healthy or “clean”. You workout. You don’t understand why suddenly what you have always done to stay fit no longer works.
As you age & your body changes, your strategies also need to change.
What use to work isn’t going to work anymore.��Eating less, exercising longer, being extremely restrictive, cutting out carbs, adding in more cardio, & quite literally being miserable isn’t necessary or conducive to long-term results.��I teach women how to work WITH their body, how to support their ever changing hormones, how to fuel their training, how to improve their metabolism, build calorie burning muscle, & to improve their energy, sleep, & all aspects of how they FEEL.
We get super clear on how to eat to fuel their body & their goals & how to pair that strategically with the RIGHT types of exercise in the right dose.��
Here are 3 main things to focus on:
1. Eat Intentionally & purposefully. There’s a huge gap b/w eating “healthy” & eating intentionally. Your body needs adequate energy & balanced macros for hormone regulation, energy, blood sugar balance, cortisol regulation, to build muscle, & burn fat effectively. Macro tracking will help you dial in your nutrition. You can’t manage what you don’t measure.
2. Follow a specific training program. Random action yields random results. Quick & effective workouts that are intentional, strategic & implement progressive overload is the most efficient way to utilize your time. 30 min is all you need & at home workouts work incredibly well.
3. Rest & Recovery. Sometimes we have to SLOW DOWN to get ahead. Allowing our bodies time to heal, recover, BUILD, & minimize stress gives our bodies a better chance at fat loss.
