“What do I take for this symptom?”
The frequency of the occurrence of “clinic people” is high. These are folks who say “I have high blood pressure, hypothyroid and diabetes. I’m exhausted, frequent headaches, sleep all the time [or can’t sleep at all], depressed, can’t hardly think and have only two bowel movements per week. I have this terrible skin rash, bad body odor and bad breath and my teeth are falling out of my head. Please help me.”
People want a safer, natural version of what the doctor does --
But here’s the problem:
First, it is highly unlikely that this person has high BP, because the doktur who told them that uses a definition of high BP that is irrelevant to real life, and artificially much lower than is actually healthy. The assumption that all people everywhere at all times should have the same BP, from a 250-lb athlete to a 90-year old granny to a 10-year old child borders on sheer idiocy.
If you are walking in the woods and you see a bear, your BP will spike from the pressure of fear, as your body prepares to run like heck or to fight to protect itself. What about the daily fear of being fired by a tyrannical boss, or the daily fear of being abandoned by an unfaithful mate (or the constant arguments) or the pressures at school? What about the reaction of the body to receiving 1/10th the nutrition it needs everyday, so that it must digest itself to get what it must have to survive (let alone be actually healthy)? Could those things affect your BP? (The answer is yes.)
The doktur pays no attention to things like that. He asks no questions about your life. He’s not there to improve your health. He’s not even interested in doing that. He’s there to treat your symptoms. Period. So it doesn’t actually matter to him what is causing them. (a few dokturs aren’t like that, but most are.)
The “hypothyroid” (or hyperthyroid) issue is the thyroid operating in a substandard way because it isn’t getting what it needs (adequate nutrition & iodine/selenium).
The word, “diabetes”, simply means your body isn’t metabolizing sugars efficiently because it too is essentially slowly starving plus, needing to handle far more sugar than it was designed to. So you get insulin, which signals your body to stop making it (it doesn’t need to; you are taking it daily) and changes you from a type-2 diabetic to a type-1 diabetic (where the body gives up on even trying to make insulin at all).
The headaches, depression, fatigue, insomnia, skin rash, body odor, bad breath and decaying teeth are actually all just symptoms of poor health.
The doktur views everything as a condition, a disease with a name, so he can respond to it right from a book (or Google!) and spends no time looking for other factors that might be behind it. There's a toxic drug for each symptom, plus the drugs that will be needed to treat the side-effects of the other drugs... and now you're all in for life-long treat-the-symptom medical programming.
This is the process of slowly poisoning you to death.
Literally.
Natural Health is NOT about what supplements to take to treat a symptom; it’s about addressing the underlying cause.
You are MALNOURISHED.
You don't need another pill --- what you need is to flood your body with nutrients!
Combined with daily lifestyle changes -- healthy/mindful diet, some form of movement (house/ yard work counts!), 10-20 minutes sun exposure, turn off the toxic b**b tube (feed your mind too 🫶) -- daily HERBAL INFUSIONS are the most efficient way to re-energize your body.
The smoker who wants to know how to treat their bad cough but isn’t willing to stop smoking is wasting their time.
These ideas about health optimization are not optional. They are essential to good health.
