The Fall Equinox invites us into a moment of sacred balance — where light and dark stand in perfect harmony before we slowly begin our descent into the quiet of the season.

Held in a container of reverence and deep presence, this retreat weaves together ancient ritual and embodied practice to honor the harvest — both within and around us.

Throughout our time together, you’ll be guided through:

🌿 Cacao Ceremony — Opening the heart with the gentle medicine of cacao as we set intention and connect with the spirit of the land.

🌀 Shamanic Journey — Traveling through the imaginal realms to commune with guides and gather insight for the coming season.

🔥 Ecstatic Dance — Liberating the body and expressing our gratitude through intuitive movement and rhythm.

🌾 Restorative Yoga — Softening into restful shapes that support integration, nervous system regulation, and grounding.

🔔 Sound Healing — Bathing in vibrational resonance to harmonize the physical and subtle bodies.

🍂 Tea Ceremony — Closing with a slow, intentional cup to give thanks and honor the beauty of transition.

We will first begin with a cacao ceremony and breath work to gently open our hearts and ground into our bodies.

The scientific genus name for cacao is theobroma, which translates to “Food of the Gods,” and the Mayans believed that cacao was a key ingredient in restoring balance and connection to the divine.

Then we will go into the free movement of Ecstatic Dance. Ecstatic dance is a form of dance with the goal to achieve ecstasy.

In my experience I let the music completely take over my body and I move intuitively. At times I feel like I am channeling through my body and I receive so many downloads of inspiration and creativity.

Please bring something you want to place on the altar that represents you or that is sacred to you. You can take it back at the end.

This is a safe space for you to really express yourself any way you want through movement and heart opening cacao.✨

Participants will lay down in our gravity chairs and get cozy to experience reiki infused Yoga Nidra + sound healing. We also have yoga mats if you prefer to lay on a mat.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation and systematic journey through the five layers of the body (Kosha’s) physical, energetic, mental/emotional, higher intelligence & bliss bodies.

It brings you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is an ancient methodical practice through a body scan and rotation of consciousness diving deeper inward.

Regular Nidra practice helps to activate the relaxation response and improve the functioning of your nervous and endocrine system. Regenerates and repairs cells, decreases anxiety and improves your mood.

Rae will be using different sound healing instruments, her voice, therapeutic grade essential oils and a feather to clear and balance energy.

We will do some gentle movement at the end to ground back into the body. You can share your experience or just listen.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring something warm to wear. As the body relaxes your temperature gets cooler.

We have blankets and eye pillows for the Nidra portion or you can bring your own. You’re welcome to bring a pillow or anything that eases your comfort while lying down. We do provide bolsters also so you don’t have to bring a thing!

You will leave feeling deeply rested and rejuvenated. No experience necessary. These ancient practices have many health and wellness benefits.
