Overhead press sit-ups

I like to use a 10lb weight for these, lower your weight, or up it, if necessary. If lifting overhead is too much, keep the weight at your chest through the entire sit-up for a less intense version of the movement

B***Y BUILDER!!
This is a great exercise to build your b***y!
All you need is a resistance band and make sure you engage your core to keep your back flat, and try to kick your foot straight up and not out, squeeze your glute muscle with each pump.

Smith machine deadlifts

Try using switch grip (one hand underhand on the bar and the other is overhand). It takes some of the pressure off of your hands and wrists. Make sure to tighten your core during deadlifts as well!

Want an easy and healthy meal?

Bake some salmon filets (skin side down) on 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes and boil some broccoli florets for 5-8 minutes and you’re ready to eat!
Add some brown rice, quartered red potatoes, or sweet potatoes for some healthy carbs!

Looking for an easy delicious and nutritious dinner?

Bake some salmon filets (skin side down) on 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes
Boil some broccoli florets for 5-8 minutes
Add some brown rice, quartered red potatoes, or sweet potatoes for some good carbs!

*TIP: double or triple your batch for an easy meal prep for the week. It’s a great meal to pop in the microwave for a quick healthy lunch!

If you’re a morning workout person, there are a few good easy choices for a post workout breakfast.

Try boiling, poaching, or scrambling some eggs and having a single packet of instant oatmeal (sugar free). It’s a great source of protein and good carbs that your body needs after a good workout!

I like to add some yogurt on the side as well 😏

*EXERCISE TIP:

Focus on really tightening your core during any plank, especially when doing any movement during a plank. It will ensure proper form and will engage all the muscles you intend to work. Don’t let the look of this one fool you… it’s a killer!
