Hey community!!! I’m a certified personal trainer and have my B.S. in nutrition and I am SO excited to finally offer a nutrition challenge 🍑

Everyone will receive a t-shirt, along with custom macros, nutrient amounts, water intake, how to eat through the holidays, weekly check-ins and accountability, as well as group support and SO much more 💪🏼

The winner(s) of this challenge will also receive a fresh Stanley Cup (you choose the color), new leggings, and an Amazon gift card 🫶🏼 PLUS - if 10 more people join I will add in another prize valued around $50🥳
The winner(s) will not be based off of who lost the most weight because there is so much more to life than a number on a scale. Multiple things will go into determining such as if you met all your check-ins, etc 🤍

There will also be a group dinner event hosted at the end where we will all share our favorite recipes (if you are able to make it- you can 100% do this challenge remotely!)

This is beginner friendly- each week there will be a new “theme/focus” I will introduce & we will add to our toolbox of information 🧰

Here are some answers to common questions-
Is there in person meetings?
•Nope! This is 100% remote and there are no live seminars or anything like that. We will be in a FB messenger group where I will send out all the information.
Are workouts included?
•I had a lot of people interested in having a workout plan to do alongside the nutrtion, so now you can add on workouts if you’d like. The total price changes from $55 to $100 total for both!
When do I have to sign up by?
•Thursday (9/28) 10am so I can get shirts ordered that afternoon.
How do I pay?
•Venmo, Apple Pay, and potentially cash, card, or PayPal

Lastly- I am running a special where if anyone gets a friend to join w/ them, they will be entered into a raffle for a $10-25 gift card. Friendly competition never hurt nobody & can be a way to motivate! 💪🏼

The RPE scale is a great tool to help implement progressive overload to build strength to help achieve your goals!

It’s a scale of 1-10, and for the numbers 6 and above simply subtract that number from 10 to determine how many more reps you can do.

This or That Thursday 🥳🤷🏼‍♀️

This time we are comparing a standard chip to a protein chip😋

A few weeks ago I actually tried the Quest chips for the first time and was surprised at how they taste almost normal. So here I am to share the amazing differences between the two.

You can consume 20 less calories, while gaining 17 more grams of protein. A huge plus in multiple ways. There is also 5g less of fat and 10g less of carbohydrates!

I have tried multiple of these flavors, and honestly I love them all. I think these protein chips taste dang near “normal”. I definitely recommend still including fruits, veggies, and other protein sources, but again, this is a great swap instead of class potato chips 😋

I see people use these chips in nachos (either taco or cheese flavored) and their meal ends up being 40-50 grams of protein and delicious 🌮
