💪🏻CLIENT TRANSFORMATION💪🏻

I love all of my clients but this one is just a little special. A year ago my husband came to me and said “I want you to train me. I want to be BIGGER”. I said SAY LESS.

1) It’s so special to share what I do with the most important person in my life and 2) Although I specialize in women’s recomposition and weight loss, I JUMP at the chance to help a clients that solely wants to GAIN and GROW.

Tyler had no desire do an aggressive bulk/cut and wanted to grow in size while staying lean. He committed to long term plan that would consistently allow him to grow while maintaining a normal lifestyle. We set him up with a surplus calorie goal focusing on high protein intake (Made him eat eat EAT) and a hypertrophy workout program.

In the last year he has gained:
- 23lbs over all
- 17.4lbs lean muscle mass
- 21.3 inches in overall size

His programming has also focused on core strength, correcting muscle imbalances, and mobility that has DRASTICALLY decreased his debilitating back pain.

I am so proud of the changes he’s made and work he’s put in.

Luckily the nutritionist in me knows we can literally have our cake and eat it too🍰 the same balance I preach in everyday fitness and nutrition has definitely applied to my pregnancy as well. As someone that has struggled with/over come bingeing in the past the strong, frequent, and not always so healthy pregnancy cravings were something I feared might bring up old struggles. I’ve tried hard to indulge in things I (or baby) wanted freely and within moderation to avoid ever feeling deprived therefore leading to a binge.

It has been a challenge but also so rewarding to further test my ever healing relationship with food and let me tell you I’ve ENJOYED every treat.

Wether you’re pregnant, postpartum and relearning your bodies nutritional needs, or just trying to find your balance with food and life I would love to help you navigate that path. If a pregnant mama is healthy…MIND YOUR BUSINESS! But really, 25 weeks in and I truly attribute so much of my pregnancy being smooth and healthy to maintaining my weight lifting and staying active. Done correctly, pregnancy fitness doesn’t have to look all that different from your normal routine. Make adjustments as needed, protect and strengthen your core, and KEEP going.

I specialize in women’s fitness, including pregnancy/postpartum fitness, helping women stay active while they grow and regain strength, stamina, and their physique back on their postpartum journeys. Being able to experience this myself has made me even more passionate about helping mamas be the best that they can be for themselves and for their babies.

I haven’t been the best at documenting my pregnancy fitness journey but that changes now as I want you all to follow along with me through the third trimester AND my very own postpartum transformation.

✨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT✨

Drew and Hayley are the definition of a power couple! Drew had been working out tirelessly and tracking food, but was stuck at a plateau in his fitness journey he just couldn’t seem to shake. Hayley wanted to gain confidence in a gym setting, lose fat and rebuild her core strength after the birth of their first child. Drew and I worked together with nutrition coaching to put an end his restricted calorie intake, dialed in his macros, and massively INCREASED intake to help him start crushing it in the gym, shed fat, and build muscle mass. He even competed in his first cross fit competition and absolutely killed it. For Hayley, we have worked so hard on finding a nutrition lifestyle that worked best for a busy momma and have been training twice a week together. Hayley has lost inches on her waist, drastically improved posture/core strength, and built a new found confidence in her body. The changes in their bodies is nothing short of impressive but the change I have seen in their self-confidence, pride in themselves and one another, and how they’ve grown even more as a family has been one of my greatest joys as a trainer. I am so proud of these two!

Amanda is a 37-year-old amazing mom that has always dedicated herself to an active lifestyle. She eats a well-balanced diet, works out regularly, and has always been in great shape. Since having her first baby in 2021 she has been working hard to get back to her pre baby weight and physique she feels most confident in. Despite a healthy diet and a continued workout regimen, she became very frustrated with having plateaued about 5 lbs from her goal. We assessed Amanda’s current lifestyle and dietary needs (these change throughout life and especially after having children) and set her up with a meal plan to best suit her activity and goals. With no changes to her current workout plan, in just 1 Month of consistency she has REACHED HER 5 LB FAT LOSS GOAL all while maintaining muscle mass. We have increased her calories by several hundred, upped her carbohydrate intake, and created a consistent eating schedule. So many mom’s get stuck with the finish line in sight when trying to get back to their most confident selves after having a baby. Amanda is the perfect example that in even just ONE MONTH of a meal plan, consistency, trusting your coach, AND INCREASING YOUR FOOD you can break past that plateau and get back to feeling the confidence you deserve to have. You might be doing everything right, but sometimes just a little fine tuning from a coach can help you break through and reach your goals. So proud of you Amanda!

To think there a was ever a time I had a photo as my screen saver that said “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” as a reminder not to eat because it wasn’t worth the regret. I now see food as fuel to make my amazing body do things/move weight I never thought possible.

It’s a life long battle that you CHOOSE every day to be better than. Body dysmorphia and eating disorders are like any other addiction. No one says “I use to be an alcoholic” or “I use to be an addict”. They proudly say I am a _______ but I’ve been sober for x amount of days, months, or years and THAT is something to be proud of because they fight a battle every day and win.

Don’t be fooled by the flexed muscles, big meals, smiling gym selfies, and weights you see on social media. You may wonder why fitness looks so “easy” for some people and get frustrated by your own lack of consistency, body image, or results.

Truth is we’re all fighting our own demons and for me no matter how healed I am I will always have those bad thoughts and feelings towards food and myself creep back in. We have to choose every day to be better than that and to give ourselves grace when we aren’t.

You will have days you take steps backward, feel like it’s won, or aren’t able to make food and fitness a priority but that’s OK! As long as there are more good days than bad you ARE making great strides towards progress.

I am beyond blessed to provide women the tools that help them love themselves, appreciate their bodies for what they can DO, and educate them on the incredible things food does for their body.

I can help you build a physique, but my MAIN goal will always be to help you build a better relationship with yourself💕💪🏻

Y’all….I am SO PROUD of my client Bridgette!!!

Bridgette is a full time mom, full time business owner, and all around boss. She has been doing 1:1 on nutrition coaching and a custom workout program with me for only FOUR SHORT WEEKS and her hard work is more than paying off!

In the last four week Bridgette has:

If my clients don’t cuss at me or eye roll at least once during the workout I’m probably not doing my job😂💪🏻🤪

In all seriousness, you should have someone that teaches you proper form! Even the smallest tweak in form can instantly engage the correct muscle and makes the weight seem MUCH heavier.

If an exercise just consistently seems too easy, doesn’t work the intended muscle, and seems too good to be true, you’re probably doing it incorrectly!

Teaching proper form is something I LOVE TO DO. Because sometimes in the gym it’s just a matter of working smarter not harder.

It never fails, but I’m happy to talk them off the ledge every time🥲❤️

The first few weeks of learning macros is hard, UNCOMFORTABLE, and you really have to have blind faith in your coach.

But I promise, hang in there for a few weeks and you FEEL the food going to work and changes happening as your body gets the fuel it needs.

And PSA: DONT TRUST THE MACRO CALCULATORS IN YOUR GOOGLE SEARCH PEOPLE!!!! It doesn’t know YOU the way a coach takes the time to do💕
