Thank you all for the birthday love left on my main page! My birthday ended on a high note at the gym. It wasn't about obligation; it was about celebrating what my body can do through movement.

In recent years, I’ve avoided posting full-body pics because I still catch myself comparing to 2017 Rachel, who was much smaller. Yesterday was different, though — I finally saw myself through others’ eyes.

Today’s class was nothing short of amazing! 💪🏽 As we close out March, I can’t help but reflect on the journey I’ve been on. This month has been all about pushing my limits and quietly working toward my health and wellness goals. Each class, whether SolidCore, Zumba, or step, has challenged me in ways I never thought possible, and I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made!

With April just around the corner, I’m excited for what’s to come. 🌼 New challenges, fresh goals, and a renewed focus on my well-being await!

This time around, my journey has been far from “easy.” I was frustrated I wasn’t seeing progress like others were. All I could see was the nice amount of weight I gained back over the years. I know I should give myself grace as I’m navigating through this journey but it’s been hard.

I lost the weight before — why can’t it be as easy this time around? Well, I had to go back to the basics and remember all the things I did to achieve those results. Top of the list? NUTRITION. So back to meal prepping and tracking it all in .

Since I’ve locked in on my nutrition and maintained my weekly fitness, I’m down 22.2lbs as of this morning. I’m dedicated to making strides and reaching my goals.
