we know, we know the questions and statements are completely vague and none of these are a one size fits all! the symptoms/questions undoubtedly have MANY different factors that could be the main one like your DNA, your level of physical activity, your exposure to radiation, your sleep habits, other medical history, and even how much water you drink to say the least. we just made this post to recognize how what you’re eating can largely affect the illnesses/ailments you already have and how it can cause or alleviate them. simply put: your quality of life depends on the quality of what you put into your body. again, just keep it plain and simple: an organic, whole foods diet can eliminate more than what you think is just randomly happening to your body. to sum up the market of “affordable/cheaper” foods: too many addictive chemicals, not enough nourishment or healing. pay attention to ingredient labels! pay attention to macronutrients! only eat what you need! treat your body how you want to be treated! no, it’s never as simple as saying it, but loving yourself equals having enough discipline and applied knowledge to know what’s good for your body, what’s not, and when to be strict or treat yourself. listen to your body, but don’t let it fool you!
