🎉 Big News from Truman Smith ! 🎉

We are beyond thrilled to share some incredible news — our very own Jael has officially passed her exams to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator! 👏✨

Jael first joined the Truman Smith family in January 2016 as our social worker, bringing with her a wealth of experience working with children and adolescents since becoming a licensed social worker in 2011. From day one, she has been a compassionate advocate for our residents and their families — and an invaluable team member to every department she touches.

As you can see from the photos, Jael never hesitates to jump in, lend a hand, and be an active part of our Truman family. Her dedication, warmth, and leadership shine through in everything she does.

In August 2022, Jael began the next chapter in her professional journey by enrolling in AIT school with the goal of becoming a Nursing Home Administrator. She continued working full-time at Truman, stepping into the role of Assistant Administrator. In this position, she worked closely with every department, supported her team in countless ways, and maintained her signature open-door policy.

We are so proud of Jael’s incredible achievement and deeply grateful for her nearly 10 years of commitment to Truman Smith. Her journey is a testament to hard work, heart, and the power of pursuing your goals with purpose.

Jesse is our new maintenance man and Christian has joined us as our new social worker. Cassandra has been in the Truman family for a long time and recently stepped into the activity director’s role.
