So many people are struggling with sleep and stress and a myriad of health issues linked to stress.
I have been a self care queen a bit in my life, and so I've trialed many things on myself as to help me manage my own stress.
Some of the things I've tried are diet changes, antidepressant/anti-anxiety meds, yoga, meditation, breath work, floating, feeling all the feelings and letting them pass through me.
I had never tried this one thing though that has completely upleveled my energy levels, my sleep, and even changed the way I practice self care, so that I don't NEED to practice restorative yoga before bed EVERY night like I used to.
And these very same things helped someone who was paralyzed and basically given a death sentence by his medical doctor after a car accident have a MIRACULOUS transformation and survived.
