Join us Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 8 AM for 10 minutes of guided weights—a simple, consistent way to strengthen, tone, and honor your body.
Just 10 minutes at a time, 3 days a week, can make a huge difference. Small steps, big shifts—your body, energy, and spirit all benefit!
