Ugly Christmas Sweater Day brought the fun, the creativity, and the holiday spirit in a big way. Our teams went all in, showing off festive looks that added extra cheer across our clinics and made this celebration one to remember.

Congratulations to our winners: First Place – Patricia Smith (Hot Springs Central) with a wreath sweater that turned holiday décor into wearable art; Second Place – Taylor Goodwin (Mena) whose chihuahua sweater delivered big personality; and Third Place – Tosha Lance (Mena) for a Santa peace-sign sweater that closed things out with perfect festive vibes. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped end the season on such a high note.

Creativity took center stage during Ornament Day, part of our Holiday Hoopla Reindeer Games, and our teams delivered in a big way. Using everyday office items, our coworkers turned simple supplies into festive holiday ornaments that were clever, inventive, and full of personality. It was a fun reminder that the same creativity our teams bring to patient care shows up in everything they do.

Congratulations to our Ornament Day winners: Kendra Laxton from the Hot Springs Central Clinic for her reindeer design, Brittiany Schuller from the Mena Clinic for her star ornament, and Traci Pulley from the Malvern Teeter Plaza Clinic for her tree and snowman creation.
