Feeding Myths, TACKLED 🍼❌

Myth 1: “Wake every 2 hours—always.”
🍼Fact: Unless medically indicated, follow hunger cues + ensure 6–8 EFFECTIVE feeds/24h; watch those deep swallows, not minutes or ounces.

Myth 2: “More ounces right before bed = better sleep.”
🤱🏽Fact: Paced bottle feeding + slow-flow ni**le + pauses every 4–6 sucks reduce air/gas and improve comfort—sleep follows regulation and maximized daytime calorie intake, NOT chugging.

Myth 3: “Bottle ruins breastfeeding.”
🍼Fact: Combo feeding works and complements breastfeeding with *horizontal* bottle, side switch, and stop at fullness cues (even if/when bottle isn’t empty).

Somebody had to say it: 100% FREE newborn classes exist—right here. 🍼✨

Short, high-yield pre-recorded sessions built to trade confusion for clear, evidence-based steps you can use tonight.

What these Free Tips Classes cover (pick your focus):

💜 Newborn — reading cues vs the clock, basic feeding tips, quick breastfeeding help, bottle feeding tips, and the basic of newborn sleep. 🌙

💜 Feeding — basics of developing healthy infant eating habits, latch mechanics, pumping, formula, and bottle feeding. 🍼

🤰🏻Ever wondered about the difference between pre-labor contractions and true labor? Let's break it down.

💜Pre-labor contractions, also known as Braxton Hicks, are like warm-up exercises for your body. They're often irregular, less painful, and don't change your cervix much.

💜True labor contractions are the real deal! They're stronger, more regular, and help your baby move down the birth canal.

💜Timing your contractions can help you determine if it's time to head to the hospital. Generally, if they're coming every 5 minutes, lasting 1 minute each, for an hour, it's time to go.
