This is one of my fav yoga quotes by a teacher a highly respect in the yoga community, . For years I have been saying that I would love to do a training with him, and I made a late night decision to sign up for one of his online courses. As an instructor that has been teaching for 20 years it’s important to remember to always be a student and never stop learning.

Hopefully one day I’ll get to take an in person training with Jason, but I’m excited to learn from him in his online course, “A Better Way to Flow: Preventing Injuries.”
