🐎 Taking some time today to learn from Agata Wiatrowska - Psychology of the horse&human relationship through her online class: HERD - Everything about horses and their nervous system, the basics of the relationship with humans and polyvagal theory.

“Knowledge about the nervous system helps to better understand the nuances in stressful situations for horses and their natural mechanisms. And knowledge about co-regulation and self-regulation (of both horses and humans) and its application is the foundation for the horse to feel safe with us and to be more engaged.”
