🌟 𝔹ℂ𝔹𝔸 𝕊ℙ𝕆𝕋𝕃𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 🔦

Hi! I’m Molly, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and I’ve been with TPC ABA since October 2024. However, I've been a BCBA since 2019 and have been in the field for over 10 years.

My professional background began in education—I was a self-contained autism classroom teacher before transitioning into the field of behavior analysis. I hold an undergraduate degree in both ABA and Speech, but I found my calling to help families and children with various needs gain the support and skills they need to achieve success. That experience sparked my passion for individualized support, leading me to pursue certification as a BCBA. I'm currently expanding my skill set further as a graduate student in Speech-Language Pathology, with the goal of integrating both fields to provide truly collaborative, client-centered care.

⦁ Being a mom to 3 amazing little boys!
⦁ Successfully onboarded and supported multiple clients through transitions to daycare, school, and clinic-based services.
⦁ Developed play-based and assent-focused programming that encourages client autonomy and joy in learning.
⦁ Helped lead caregiver training workshops focused on antecedent strategies and functional communication.
⦁ Led community outreach initiatives to increase understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in low socioeconomic status (SES) areas, including providing school-based supports and trainings
⦁ Currently pursuing my Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology to become dual certified and provide care on a deeper level

Outside of work, I’m a mom to three amazing boys—Graham, Brewer, and Crawford—who keep me on my toes and endlessly entertained. I’m also a book lover, DIY enthusiast, and content creator!
