Maddy Jackson is a janitor at the U.S. Border Station in Wellesley Island, which is a contract supported by the General Services Administration through SourceAmerica’s AbilityOne Program. Maddy has worked in this position and for the agency for five years. Her favorite thing about this position is that she has learned to effectively communicate with other workers and officers at the Border Station daily to do job well. Maddy recommends applying for a janitorial position at Wellesley island because it is a great opportunity for people with disabilities to have a good steady job where they can grow.
