Vital Coaching by Kristen Personal health and life coaching service offering empowerment to make lifestyle changes that last. Sometimes our smallest steps are our biggest steps.

I am an OT by trade and a Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional. My coaching method taps into behavior, beliefs, and identity - the basis of habit change. Often times we know what we need to change, but simply don't do it. This is where the power of coaching and accountability comes in. The coaching process empowers individuals to draw on internal strengths, develop self-knowledge, and embrace strategies for making lifestyle changes necessary for optimal health. “The more change someone needs, the less change they can handle.” This is certainly true for me when I set crazy aspirational goals for myself. Setting the smallest goals and following through with 💥consistency💥 has a greater impact in habit formation than changing too many things at once or setting the bar too high. 2023 has brought change, hardships, learning curves, opportunities, and successes. As I reflect on it all, I am grateful for the people who have supported and uplifted me to move past fear and into the excitement. I’m ready for 2024 to bring more intention, motivation, and steam to move forward!
